Annual Meetings | A meeting of homeowners is held each year. All homeowners are invited to attend and encouraged to participate in this meeting. |
Board Meetings | During the development of the community, regular Board meetings are held only by the Declarant (Developer). However, the developer actively seeks input from the community and welcomes all suggestions for improvement. Once the community is complete and the Declarant turns control of the community over to the residents, then the residents will conduct regular board meetings. |
